About Me
Kimberly Sykes, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Hello! I'm Kimberly, the owner and founder of Victory Behavior Consulting, LLC. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Alabama. I hold a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In addition to being a BCBA, I’m also a mom.

Recent studies show that 1 in 36 children have received an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis in the USA. Studies have also shown that ABA therapy can be beneficial for young children that have been diagnosed with ASD. I’m an advocate of early intervention and recognizing when your kiddo may need extra assistance in areas where deficits are noticed.

​My mission is to help parents and caregivers of young children that may feel overwhelmed after receiving a new diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also want to provide parents and caregivers with as much information as possible regarding early intervention and ABA therapy so that they can make informed decisions for their child and their families.
Services
Victory Behavior Consulting, LLC offers parent coaching, consultations, and training based on the behavioral science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Services include providing parent coaching tips using positive reinforcement, evidence-based strategies for handling challenging behavior, strategies for potty training, skill acquisition strategies, as well as strategies for parent/caregiver self-care and wellness. I believe in empowering parents and caregivers to create positive behavioral change and support for their child, as well as themselves.

Parent Coaching
Are you the parent or caregiver of a young child recently diagnosed with autism? Is your young child on a waitlist for ABA services? Or, are you the parent of a young child that prefers a more hands on approach to ABA therapy via parent coaching and training? Do you want to get started on specific, socially significant behavior change or skill acquisition strategies that can help you and your child NOW?

ABA therapy can help young learners with imitation skills, play skills, tantrums, potty training, communication skills and many other important skills.
With the one on one parent coaching package, the BCBA will collaborate and work directly with the parent or caregiver on developing skills to prevent and respond to challenging behaviors when they occur. Strategies for parent/caregiver self-care and wellness will also be covered.

Consultations
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can be used across all environments. As a BCBA, I strive to disseminate applied behavior analysis across individuals and environments in a way that displays cultural humility and cultural competency.

If you are interested in learning more about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I offer consulting services. I also offer workshops and information sessions for parents, families, and caregivers that have received a new diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for their child.
In an effort to disseminate the science of applied behavior analysis, I also offer community workshops, community speaking engagements, professional development, and tutoring.

The hourly rate for consultations and other related engagements is $125/hr.
